Eat healthily. That means eat lots of ice cream, as it is rich in vitamins and it has some active cultures that stimulate weight loss. Gorge yourself on processed foods and potato chips. They are excellent foods for your body and they are rich in fatty acids, vitamins, and are excellent nutrition
for your mind, body, and soul. Stay away from vegetables, they will bloat you, make you gassy, and they are horrible junk food that will make you get fat, have pimples and greasy hair! Remember that water is bad for you so drink soda and monster energy drinks instead, it will stimulate your
brain and make you feel happy dappy.
Do not exercise. Studies have shown that exercise wears out the bones in your body and coats them with fat. Do none of that. It is bad for your heart and blood pressure because it overworks it. And it makes you sweat, andsweating is bad for you because it melts your skin pores and makes you look dirty. Sit down often, spend a lot of time on the couch and on your bed.
Play video games and watch TV for 7 hours every day at a minimum. That is the minimum amount of time you must spend in front of each for maximum health. Watch intellectual shows such as "Barney's day out" and Jersey Shore. Refrain from watching anything like the History channel as it will melt your brain, and give you tumors from overworking it.
For a healthy lifestyle, you should remember to either get 2 hours of sleep or 17 hours of sleep daily. Choose whichever, according to your preference.
Do not shower or bathe. Getting water on you is BAD!! Water is an evil acidic substance that will melt your skin pores like sweat does. It is aleading contributor to pimples, moles, and other unsightly skin blemishes. Mud is something you should rub on your body. Mud is healthy and full of
reviving bacterium that will rejuvenate and relax you.
Clothes can have a big influence on you. You are what you wear. Do notwear tasteful fashionable things as they will make you look like a crowing hag. Wear distasteful clashy outfits that show a lot of skin so that all eyes will be on you! As for makeup, wear black lipstick often as it will
scare away bats that wish to nest in your hair.
Lastly, for a good personality and friendly attitude, remember to shout, scream, glare, and throw tantrums often. Keep a scowling grimace on your face and be devoid of all friendliness. Play mean pranks on people, and tell rude jokes, and throw soda cans at annoying passerby's to keep the peace in our fine country.

Asked: Will I lose weight with this diet plan?
I've been eating 1200 calories a day for 3 weeks and lost 3 pounds. Will I continue to lose a pound a week if I eat this way?
This is one example of my daily eating plan
6:30 2 hawain roll & 1 cup of grapes 240
5- rice krispie treat 90
6:30 -Tv dinner-360
7:30 -strawberrys 25
8:30 100 calorie pack cookie
I also have been going to the gym 6 times a week usually starting off by burning 100 calories on the treadmill or elliptical and then doing some ab work and strength training.
And I've been doing this ab workout once a day but I'm striving to start doing it twice a day.
10 sec plank
10 middle crunches
20 second plank
30 second plank
30 oblique crunches
40 second plank
40 sit ups
50 second plank
50 bicycle crunches
30 oblique twists

Okay so my doctor told me I need to lose weight if I want to avoid future health risks that run in my family. I'm 15 years old and am 5' 2" and I weigh 155 pounds. I need a full body workout that contains: Abs, chest, back, legs, thighs, butt, and arms. I have three different weights at home: 3lbs, 5lbs and 15 lbs. I also have a yoga mat, bike and a bands use for stretching exercises. I'd like to get down to 115-120(My doctor said it was a suitable weight loss goal). If you have any advice for diet as well that would be much appreciated.(Let it be known, I'm a vegetarian) If you could also give me an average of how many hours of sleep I should get each night and how much water I should drink, that would be greatly appreciated. If you could tell any vitamins I should be taking a day that would also be appreciated. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im 14, and im trying to lose at least 30-40 more pounds by summer vacation. i have a slow metabolism, and im not sure how many calories i should eat per day to lose weight fast. ive hit a weight loss plateau and im really frustrated. i eat about 800-900 calories per day and i usually exercise for 30-60 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week.

I've been on a major diet mission for the past couple of months and am really pleased to have lost just over 2 stone (32lbs to be exact). I'm waiting for a knee op so doing any sort of high impact cardio is out for me, but I've been walking as much as I can, have cut out alcohol, am eating at least 5 fruit/veg a day and am restricting my daily calorie intake to 1200-1500. I can't cut much more than this without it being unhealthy (or so I'm told). I'm not ridiculously massive (UK size 18/20), but I'm definitely not healthy the way I am and although my weight is going down my actual size doesn't really seem to have changed much… Things are a bit looser but not to the extent that I need to buy new clothes!!
So I was wondering if anyone has any weight loss tips to help me shift the weight more quickly? Any supplements I could take to help speed things along or help with actual inch loss? All sensible answers greatly appreciated!
