*Don't eat any fast food
*Shop around the perimeter of your market. Stay away from packaged foods.
*Take a good multi-vitamin, omega-3, CoQ10, and a good antioxidant every day.
*Do not count calories. It's a myth. The body counts nutrition

Im 15…im..about..300 or so pounds..im unhappy with myself..I've recently started to get over my depresstion and am trying to do something about my health..im not really sure what to do first..my whole family doesn't eat well and what they make i have to eat its not that I eat a lot just..it's not good stuff..I used to love to eat but now im repulsed by the thought..I still eat very bad just feel gross doing it..it doesn't really make since I know..I just want to be healthy and I want to be happy with the way I look..I've tried weight loss before but I could never keep intrested..what do I do? Where do I start?? Im miserable in my body I feel traped

Okay well im going to college in 8 months,and i really need some weight loss results fast. Im not going to put my weight out there but it ranges from 200-300 and i REALLY need some help! Im 17 and im sick of this weight holding me back from the things i love. Dance, running and being in pictures! :/ Please if you have any answers i would prefer great dance workouts if possible!!

What are some good on the go snacks?

Asked: What are some good on the go snacks?

I know I need to eat about 100-200 calorie snacks throught my day so my body doesn't go into starvation mode. And also so I don't under eat & slow down my weight loss. Im in school & I can't eat during class. I'm looking for quick HEALTHY snacks that I can eat during passing period :O Please help me?

Help with diet and weight loss?

Asked: Help with diet and weight loss?

Recently, I've been putting on weight.. and I can't stop eating! I feel like a lazy pig because I have almost no motivation. It's like "oh I've already eaten a chocolate..why not eat two more?" Diet is extremely difficult for me and lately I've been crazy with it. Hearing about things like detox diets I want to try them until I realize their unhealthy for my body. I need just a guideline for a healthy diet that will help me safely lose weight. Fitness wise I think I've got the hang of. I run and use my elliptical for cardio. I also use a bunch of exercises thanks to a youtube channel called ZUZKALIGHT 🙂 I've trained myself to workout, but have no discipline with what I eat..and without a supportive healthy diet I'm just sabotaging all this hard work:( Help?

Asked: How to lose 40 pounds in 8 months on DASH diet?

So about a week and a half ago I began the DASH diet for weight loss. I've heard it's the most effective as well as healthiest diet out there. My goal is to lose 40 pounds by September (within the next 8 months) for my birthday present to myself :). So I guess I want to know if 1.) this is a realistic goal & 2.) along with exercise, what would be a good workout routine to do to shed pounds fast.

Need help with weight loss after foot surgery?

Asked: Need help with weight loss after foot surgery?

This morning I had surgery on my foot and is not allowed to move it all that much and can do any activities (running, jogging, stuff that puts to much pressure on my foot but I can still go walking) untill January and next week I get my cast taken off and can do some walking but not much. I'm just worried cause Last time I got surgery on my last foot I felt like I gained a million even though I lost 7 pounds and the lack of exercise just drives me crazy. Any suggestions of exercises that I can do that doesnt involve standing or using my feet (I can do crunchies and sit ups) and any idea what I should do about a diet or healthy meals ideas I was thinking mostly fruits and veggies but that would get boring after awhile.

So I'm 19y/o female. Since I was 14 I've had problems with my weight. I really can't lose it! I exersise as much as I can and barely shed a pound. I did a week of biking and hiking in the rocky mountains for over 12 hours a day, with only small breaks as only lost 2 pounds. I bareley een built up muscle from it. I've been dancing for years to stay fit but I havent been losing or gaining. I'm about 5'9 and weigh just under 200lbs. A lot of my friends are about the same height but much skinnier. And its hard to lose weight healthily. Also I don't want to just be a healthy size, I've always wanted to be a model.
