Asked: Getting back in shape for college students?
I'm 20 years old and just finishing up my second year of my undergrad career in college. I was extremely athletic in high school, I played several varsity sports, and was is great shape. I was about 5 ft 8 inches tall and 150lbs when i graduated. I'm still the same height, but now weigh about 165. I haven't really been eating too well or exercising enough since I've gotten to college. I have just been super busy between classes, working part time, and my campus involvement positions. I really want to lose some of this weight, especially around my stomach area over the summer. My summerschedule is only slightly less demanding than my schedule is during the year, so any advice to quickly/efficiently lose this weight would be most appreciated!

Asked: Exercising but not losing weight?
I'm 24, I've been eating healthy for the past two years – I took a break with exercise last year when my mom had a stroke. I fell into a fit of depression and gained back everything I had lost. But even still, I never really let myself "go" so to speak.
I've never been the type of person who eats entire sleeves of cookies, or fast food. I haven't had fast food in over six years, I eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies and minimal portions of pasta, and I barely touch bread, etc.
I try to get at least 25 minutes of exercise a day. I usually walk about 4-5 miles and jog for 1-2 a day, and do some light weight lifting (10~ish pounds total). I'm not physically fit enough to do HIIT yet, and won't be for a looong time unless I really want to hurt myself.
But the thing is, I'm still not losing anything. The past month I've been doing exercise almost daily unless I had an injury (I hurt my foot early on, and couldn't do much for about a week, but I still did something) I feel a lot flabbier than before, which is not the desired results.. but I dunno. The scale keeps bouncing around the same ten pounds. Clothes aren't fitting any better, and I'm a loss of what I should do. I have a calorie deficit, I try to build my muscles.. but nothing is working?
