okay, so i'm 5'1, 17, and 140 lbs. i would like to lose 30 pounds. i hate myself and i really need to lose this excess weight. fast. i started drinking weight loss shakes to replace two meals a day, i only drink water otherwise, and i'm starting to exercise daily. what exact workouts can i do daily to help shed these extra pounds fast (by the way, ALL my extra weight is in my stomach, so i need workouts especially for the stomach. my arms, legs, and everything else is skinny) i'm hoping to lose the 30 pounds within a month for this Halloween party. what can i do as far as dieting and exercising to help me lose this weight faster? please help me guys! i'm desperate here 🙁

unfortunately you cannot spot reduce; what you're going to have to do is restrict calories (1200 to 1500 a day) and exercise. that's the only thing that works.

Can't be done in a month. At most you can could safely lose 20 lbs in about 4 months.
At your age it is important to maintain good nutrition levels as your body continues to develop so avoid "dieting" and focus on a healthy diet.

This includes going to bed as close to the same time every night including weekends. Most of us stay up late Friday and Saturday night and it throws us off.

Not only is losing 30 pounds in a month impossible, but it can also be very unhealthy. Exercising is good, but the most important thing is what you eat. Weight loss shakes aren't that effective (Or at least in my opinion). Eat healthy foods such as chicken, salmon, fat free yogurt, cereal, etc etc and keep them in small controlled portions. If you do this then you don't really need to exercise as much.
